Giving Tips To Showing Young Children

Giving tips to young children can be hard. Young children may not be able to remember long tips. But if you just give them 3 things to think about, it could help. Example: they need to keep they're hands still, eyes up, and heels down. A 3 point list would be Hands, Eyes, Heels. That's much easier to remember then the exact instructions. Adults can use it too and it really benefits.

This idea is also good in regular rides. If the child is learning how to halt from a walk, and keeps getting unbalanced, a list could be Legs, Seat, Hands. Legs to keep still and in position, seat to stay still and resisting and in position, and hands to stay still and resisting.
